  • All our products are Ayurvedic and herbal in nature, intended for general wellness.

  • They are not substitutes for medical treatment.

  • Individuals with allergies or medical conditions should consult a qualified practitioner before use.

  • We do not guarantee cure or results for any health condition.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Payment options: Cash or UPI (when available).

  • All payments must be made in advance; pre-orders are accepted.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.

5. Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after full payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

6. Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

  • No returns or refunds are offered at present.

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling our official number.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Future changes to this policy will be posted on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, delay in delivery, indirect or consequential losses.

  • Users assume full responsibility for product suitability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, text, images, and trademarks on this website are owned by Shree VishwaChirayu Chikitsalaya.
No part may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent activities, or to interfere with its operation.

11. Defamation & False Claims

We reserve the right to take action against any individual or entity spreading false or defamatory statements about our business or products.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to Nagpur, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve through mutual arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before approaching courts.

14. Amendments

We may revise these Terms anytime. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website.
